OpenScale

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of OpenScale, the website at openscale.so, and the OpenScale API (together, the "service"), operated by AFG Ventura Teknologi ("OpenScale", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

OpenScale provides API access to AI models, including models hosted by third-party providers and models we host ourselves, together with a dashboard for managing API keys, usage, and billing. Model availability, pricing, and capabilities can change as upstream providers and our own infrastructure change.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and API keys confidential. Anything done with your keys counts as done by you, so revoke a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Credits and billing

  • The service is prepaid: you buy credits and usage is deducted from your balance at the prices shown in the dashboard at the time of each request.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
  • Promotional or free credits carry no cash value and may expire or be adjusted.
  • Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others,
  • generate content intended to harm people, such as malware, fraud, or harassment,
  • probe, overload, or circumvent the service's security, rate limits, or billing,
  • resell raw access to the service without our prior written consent.

Use of specific models may also be subject to the acceptable-use policies of the upstream model providers.

6. AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it, especially for consequential decisions. To the extent permitted by law, output is provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service as a whole, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue first.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you, for example by email or a notice in the dashboard, before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
